Pricing, schedules, and scope are set only in a written proposal or contract signed by both you and MSS. Any investment ranges you select on this site are for planning conversations and are not binding.

Each project is governed by its written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the written agreement controls.

Guarantee

MSS provides a one-year work and material guarantee, subject to the written guarantee terms.

Coverage, exclusions, and the claims process are defined in the written guarantee provided with your project documents.

Permits and Site Conditions

Permit requirements depend on the scope and local jurisdiction and are addressed during planning. Hidden conditions discovered during work, such as concealed water damage, may require a written change to the scope.

Use of This Site

Please do not misuse this site, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its photos and content without permission. Photos of MSS projects remain the property of MSS.
